11.1 Creating a new training program

  1. Select Menu followed by Create new.
  2. Give the training program a name and then click Save.
  3. Open the training program.

There are several options for creating a training program in line with your wishes:

  1. Choose the phase type: simple or interval.
  2. Give each phase a name. For example, warm up or cool down.
  3. Specify whether the phase change should occur automatically after a certain time or whether you want to switch phases manually.
  4. Use the mode to specify whether you want to limit the phase by duration or heart rate.
  5. Specify the duration of the phase.
  6. Specify the heart rate target zone.

If you have selected Interval as the phase type, specify the number of repeats and define the effort and recovery phases.
